Established in 1965, this is the world’s longest-running and most prestigious nature photography contest, celebrating the diversity of nature, inspiring audiences, and promoting environmental awareness. This winter, the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is thrilled to once again host this renowned exhibition, organized by the Natural History Museum in London, UK. Beloved by many, this exhibition brings together the finest nature photography, blending the art of photography with the wonders of nature. Through these works, visitors will experience the marvels of the natural world in ways they’ve never imagined. Each photograph, meticulously selected by an international panel of expert judges, is presented with exquisite backlighting to reveal unparalleled quality and depth. These images not only capture the daily lives and survival challenges of animals but also evoke a deep sense of awe and admiration for Earth’s life through the unique perspectives of talented photographers.
